COMMISSIONING

COMMISSIONING HEATING VENTILATION AND AIR CONDITIONING

A heating ventilation and air conditioning system can be designed to perfection. The next step is to make sure it's installed correctly and running the way the system was intended to. Commissioning a system correctly reduces call backs and reduces energy output.

As an independent commissioning specialist we are either engaged directly by the client or the contractor.

Testing Plant

When a hvac system is designed each air outlet will have a design air flow figure. When the airflow is being achieved the correct amount of air is serving the space.

Balancing air correctly amongst outlets will reduce drafts, reduce call outs and meet New Zealand building standards.

Water Balancing

Balancing chilled and heated water is an important way to make sure all heat transfer systems are getting the correct amount of water to operate efficiently.

Room Pressurisation

Hospitals, laboratories, food hygiene environments and more need positively pressurised, negatively pressurised or neutralised rooms.

By keeping a room pressurised you can either keep contaminants in or keep contaminates out.

We can setup rooms to store goods in the correct environment.
