Matthew Carr joined Mechancial Environmental (MEL) in 1987. Two years later Matthew become a partner in the firm. In 2007 Matthew took sole charge of the company.

Mechanical Environmental provides building services design and independent commissioning. This includes a diverse range of systems.  Hospitals, laboratories, pharmaceuticals, food processing, offices and many more.
